For iPhone and Apple Watch

Your body and mind, in one day.

Your body and your mind usually get tracked apart. But they talk all day. Lina sees you as one: food, sleep, movement and how you feel, together in one calm place.

Lina's Today screen: Good morning, the arc with Lina, and Fuel, Move, Sleep and Mind

One arc for your whole day

Fuel, Move, Sleep and Mind fill in as you go. No streaks to break, no scores to chase. Just a calm picture of how today is going.

Fuel

Meals, water, vitamins. Macros or a no-numbers food journal, your choice.

Move

Workouts from Apple Health, Strava and more. Plan your week; Lina ticks it off.

Sleep

From your Watch or iPhone, plus a one-tap "How rested?" each morning.

Mind

How you feel, a line or two in your notebook, good things, prayer or a quiet moment.

The plus menu: Meals and groceries, Water, Vitamins, Feeling, Good thing, Journal
Fuel

Snap it, say it, or type it.

Take a photo of your plate and Lina finds every food and its numbers, even splitting tacos into tortillas, chicken and cheese. Or just say "oatmeal with berries and a coffee." Drinks count toward your water.

What can I make? with three meal ideas from your ingredients
Lina cooking up ideas while she writes them
Your ingredients

Dinner ideas from what's already at home.

Snap a grocery receipt or your fridge, and Lina keeps your ingredients. Ask "What can I make?" for three ideas that fit your day, and swap any one you don't love. Eating out? Lina remembers your usual orders and suggests what to get nearby.

Writing a journal entry
Notebook Days: the week's mood faces and How was today?
Mind

A notebook that listens.

Pick a face, write a line, talk, or snap a handwritten page. Lina gives each entry a title and finds the themes, so a week of scribbles turns into "where your week went."

Patterns: How it all connects
Patterns

See what connects.

After a few days, Lina shows what lines up with your better days: the nights you slept 7 hours, the walks, the meals. Patterns, not rules. Your first recap arrives on day 5.

Move: this week's bars, planned workouts and Coming up
Move

Move your way.

Workouts come in from Apple Health. Set the week you repeat (strength Monday, a run Friday) and Lina plans what to eat before and after, then ticks each one off on her own. Missed one? It's a rest day, and that's okay.

Apple Watch home: Tell Lina, Water, Meal, Feeling, Vitamins
Apple Watch Goodnight screen with the arc and a sleepy Lina
Apple Watch

Lina on your wrist.

Tap Tell Lina and say "salmon bowl and a long walk, feeling good." She sorts it into your day. Water, meals, feelings and vitamins are one tap away.

Why choose Lina

One app for your whole day, not one more tracker.

Most apps track one thing: calories, or sleep, or your mood. But they shape each other. A short night changes what you crave. A hard day changes how you sleep. Lina keeps food, movement, sleep and how you feel in one place, so she can show you how they connect.

Your way with food

Count macros, or keep a food journal with no numbers at all. Lina fits how you like to eat, and you can switch any time.

Body and mind together

How you feel sits right next to what you ate and how you slept, so the patterns Lina finds are about your whole day.

Gentle, not strict

No streaks to break or scores to chase. A missed workout is a rest day, and a big dinner is just a big dinner.

FAQ

Questions, answered

Is Lina out yet?

Lina is in a private beta right now and coming soon to the App Store. Email us for early access.

Do I have to count calories?

No. Pick Macros if you like numbers, or Food journal for no numbers at all, just how meals made you feel. Switch any time.

Does it work with my Apple Watch, Strava or Oura?

Lina reads workouts, sleep and more from Apple Health, so anything that shares with Apple Health shows up, Strava and Oura included. The Apple Watch app lets you tell Lina about your day from your wrist.

What does the AI see?

Only what a feature needs, like a meal photo or the words you told Lina, plus daily totals. It's never used to train AI models, and nothing is sold.

Is Lina medical advice?

No. Lina helps with everyday habits and noticing patterns. Talk to your doctor about anything medical.

Who makes Lina?

Nadia Susanto, an independent developer, in memory of her grandmother Linawati.
